Muse Architect, Saratoga Springs, NY – 1990
John moved his practice to the City of Saratoga Springs in 1990. John has over thirty years of architectural experience with notable projects including the Carousel Pavilion in Congress Park, the YMCA of Saratoga, and bank branches for the Adirondack Trust Company. John has designed many new residences in the Saratoga Springs region. Some of his most challenging work involves “transforming” existing properties into new architectural presentation.

Muse Architects and Planners, New York City – 1981
John started his own firm, Muse Architects and Planners, in 1981. The firm worked on over one million square feet of office interiors for such prestigious clients as Citibank, Morgan Guaranty Trust Company and the Depository Trust Company.

I.M. Pei – 1979
John began his career in New York City in 1979 at the internationally renowned firm I.M. Pei & Partners Architects and Planners. The quality and clarity of the work, as well as the intense talent of the staff, made a lasting impression on John and his work.

Carnegie Mellon University – 1975
John attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He graduated in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a minor in business administration. John also received a master’s degree of urban planning from City College of New York in 1980. John is registered to practice architecture in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
